Do not give that kind of advice. IT IS RECKLESS. In more than 100
Scientific researched and blind no less...studies, show that the more you
post...the more you win in armwrestling.. and you have whiter teeth. (4 our
of 5 dentists chimed in..I don't know why)

LOL Josh, actually if someone's elbow comes off the front when I pull I
come off the back 9 times out of 10. That and I tend to elbow foul a lot in
practice. Strangely, in tournaments I am capable of keeping my elbow down.

Gary that was awful nice of you to do charity work at the retirement
home..i didn't realize vazgen was that old...
